At Cutlery and More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused cutlery or cookware in its original manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with the return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
